About Us

Ocean Equities is a leading specialist natural resources brokerage based in The City of London, established in 2003.  We are broker to eleven companies quoted on AIM and advise a number of companies  which are still private or listed elsewhere.  Like many brokers, we offer a range of services including raising capital, advisory, stock analysis and sales.  Unlike most brokers, we are focused on just this one sector; we are entirely owned by the partners, all of whom are active in the business; and we are not a NOMAD.  

We do not wish to have the most stocks under coverage, nor necessarily the biggest.  Instead we choose to apply our extensive experience by backing a very select group of the best mining and exploration companies and then promoting their development via institutional equity capital markets.  

Our belief is that good mining companies can offer excellent returns to equity investors; good investors will in turn help those companies to develop their capital structure.   As broker to these relationships, Ocean Equities seeks to add value through our detailed knowledge of the mining industry and the broad investment community.
