Ocean Equities (European Agent), Stifel Nicolaus Canada, Scotia Capital and Toll Cross Securities collectively raised C$25million for ECI Exploration and Mining through the placing of 20million units at a price of C$1.25. The proceeds will be used for drilling, acquisitions and working capital.
