Will Hodson - Senior Executive, Sales (Partner)

Will holds a BA (Hons) in Finance from Manchester Metropolitan University. He joined Ocean Equities in May 2003 shortly after inception and became a partner of the firm in December 2006.

Justin Tooth - Sales & Business Development

Justin Tooth has 17 years experience in broking, having held sales and management positions in Swiss Bank Corporation, Banque Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers. Justin spent seven years years in Asia building brokerage teams before returning back to the UK in 2001. In an earlier life Justin was a Lynx pilot in the Royal Navy and he is a graduate from the University of St Andrews. Justin joined Ocean Equities in 2009.

James McLucas - Executive, Sales

James McLucas holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from University College London. James joined the sales team at Ocean Equities in April 2008. Prior to joining Ocean Equities, he worked for GGM Europe Ltd and Northern Securities Europe Ltd, focusing in the Natural Resource Sector.

Jeremy Woodgate - Executive, Sales & Trading

Jeremy holds a BEng (Hons) in Motorsport Engineering from the University of the West of England. Jeremy joined Ocean in August 2008.

Amanda van Dyke - Executive, Sales & Trading

Amanda joined the sales team in January 2010, she came to Ocean from GMP Securities in Toronto. Amanda worked in the diamond industry as a professional Gemologist, before obtaining  an MBA and Masters in International Economics from SDA Bocconi. Amanda specialises in African mining and Private Equity. As of January 2012 Amanda was appointed Chairman of Women in Mining UK.

Freddie Blackwell - Junior Sales Executive

Freddie holds a BA (Hons) from Durham University. Freddie Joined Ocean in March 2012

Kelly Edwards - Manager, Trading and Settlements

Kelly holds a BSc (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University started her City career as a IT Consultant specialising in Banking and Finance. She joined Ocean in December 2002, at inception.

Katie Pollard - Office Manager / Accounts

Katie holds a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Social Policy from the University of Brighton. Katie joined Ocean in January 2008.

Danielle Shoemark - Corporate Finance & Compliance

Danielle holds a GradDip in Applied Finance & Investment from FINSIA, a GradDip in Corporate Governance from CSA, and a BEcon from the University of Western Australia. She is also a Chartered Company Secretary (ICSA). Prior to joining Ocean Equities in October 2011, Danielle worked for 6 years as General Manager of Australian Heritage Group, and has broad experience in corporate finance, corporate advisory, and venture capital projects.
