Guy Wilkes - Chief Executive Officer

Guy Wilkes is the founding partner of Ocean Equities Ltd. Guy has over 20 years experience in the broking industry, predominantly in the fields of distribution and execution. He was previously head of sales and trading at ICE Securities, a London based investment banking boutique focusing on European and Central European small caps with a technology focus. He has experience of Initial Public Offerings, syndication, pricing and allocation of primary transactions and he managed ICE’s secondary market research product. Guy was a founding partner of ICE in 1992, and led the sale of the business, with Will Slack, to antfactory in March 2001. Prior to joining ICE, Mr Wilkes held positions at Prudential Bache and Durlacher West.

Rupert Williams - Director, Head of Sales

Rupert Williams has 18 years experience in broking. He is experienced in both the UK and Canadian markets having worked for First Marathon Securities, T. Hoare & Co (Canaccord Capital) Canadian Equities business. More recently he led the resource team at Insinger Townsley. Rupert joined Ocean Equities in February 2004 to help develop the company's distribution capabilities.

Will Slack, ACCA - Director, Corporate Finance and Compliance

Will is a qualified accountant with 18 years experience of corporate finance. Will joined Ocean Equities in July 2003 from City Financial Associates, a London based corporate finance house focusing on the UK small- and micro-cap market, where he acted as a Nominated Advisor (NOMAD) to a number of clients listed on AIM as well as advising clients on AIM flotations, corporate transactions and the City Code. Previously, Will worked with Guy at ICE Securities where he was Head of Corporate Finance and led initial public offerings on EASDAQ, the Neuer Market and the Vienna Stock Exchange. Will is a prize winning chartered accountant and graduate of Oxford University.
