Ocean Equities is currently retained as broker to thirteen natural resources companies quoted on AIM, the most successful growth market in the world. We are deliberately focussed on this select group of companies, ranging from the small and still private up to the very largest on the exchange. As broker we act primarily as a window between the companies and the institutional investor, using analytical research, sales and roadshows to maximise both shareholder understanding and equity evaluation.

We also provide advice on mergers & acquisitions, Rule 3, multiple listings and admissions, corporate profile, investor relations, shareholder communication strategy and appointment of advisers.
